Psychology studies in other countries

I want to compare Mykolas Romeris University (our university) psychology bachelor's program with Birmingham University and Norwegian University psychology bachelor's programs.Thirst of all I want to say that subjects are quite similar in all this universities.Bachelor's studies in Birmingham University and Norwegian Univarsity takes 3 years,although in Mykolas Romeris we must to study 4 years and still we cand work independently in psychological field,students of those universities can work after 3 years of studies!!!... Subjects in all universities I am speaking about are almost the same: theories of personality,research methods of psychology,cognitive,perception,social psychology.In Birmingham University additional subjects can be chosen only in 3rd year of studies,in Norwegian you can chose them then you want,that is not compulsory.Finally,although subjects are the same it is quite confusing to study 4-5 years,then other study only 3 years and after that can work,I prefer 3 years of intensive studies rather wasting additional 1-2 years in university.
